1. How will my purchase be delivered?

Earthstone Originals jewelry is delivered via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment and should arrive within one week. For rush orders, please email susan@earthstoneoriginals.com and specify desired delivery date before placing your order. Extra shipping costs may apply.

2. Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Earthstone Originals jewelry arrives in our signature logo bag with silver tissue paper. Ready to give as a gift, but easy to peek at first! A hand written card specifying the materials used in the piece will accompany each purchase and beaded necklaces or bracelets include a sterling silver tag, hand stamped with our name.

3. What is your privacy policy?

Earthstone Originals will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. The information you provide is used for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

4. Is Pay Pal Safe?

Earthstone Originals website is set up to accept payments through Pay Pal. Your private information is kept safe via an automatic encryption in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with the encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest lever commercially available). Once your information reaches Pay Pal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind and electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the Internet, so you information stays private. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to send money this way, nor will you have to sign up for one. All Pay Pal payments are protected against fraud and it is currently the only form of payment where we can guarantee your immediate purchase.

5. Do you accept any other forms of payment?

Earthstone Originals accepts the following credit cards over the phone: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please call (703) 867-4028 to place an order over the phone.

6. Will I have to pay sales tax?

If jewelry is shipped within the state of Virginia, we are required by law to add a 5.0% sales tax to your order.

7. What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your jewelry, it may be returned within 15 days of the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, or for merchandise credit. Please return jewelry and gift bag in their new condition and include your receipt and reason for the return. Earthstone Originals is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please insure your return.

8. What if my jewelry gets damaged?

Earthstone Originals offers a 100% quality craftsmanship guarantee. If your jewelry should break due to unforeseen defects or under normal wear, please collect as many of the pieces as possible and tape loose end of wire if applicable. Email susan@earthstoneoriginals.com for a repair confirmation, and then send to: 2602 Torquay Loop, Richmond, VA 23236. If your jewelry has been damaged due to an accident or neglect, you may email the above address for questions about repair and receive a minimal repair quote.

9. How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish when exposed to air due to a process called oxidation. For best results, place jewelry in an airtight bag and include a small piece of paper towel to absorb any moisture. It is best to put jewelry on last to avoid tarnishing, discoloration and/or build up due to exposure to hair products, perfumes, make-up and lotions. To restore jewelry's shine if tarnishing should occur, you may polish jewelry with any soft cloth made specifically for polishing jewelry. When a more serious tarnish remover is required, we recommend Jewel Brite a wonderful, natural, biodegradable tarnish remover. Jewel Brite does not conduct or endorse animal testing. Please follow instructions on bottle.
